Attempted Regulation of FNMA and FHLMC by Republicans


Republicans attempted to regulate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac only to be opposed by Democrats such as Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, Chuck “The Earmark” Schumer and others who are completely oblivious and ignorant to the unintended consequences of poorly conceived central planning. Once again, the government is to blame for the disastrous economic conditions that we are currently facing, and probably will be facing for quite some time. For those of you who believe that government is the answer to economic recovery: think again.
