Bankruptcy Chapter 7 Order authorizing trustee to act as attorney?

My bankrupcy was discharged in March of 2008. I recieved today a letter of order authorizing trustee to act as attorney. It does state that represents no interest adverse to the estate. What is this and should I worry beings my bankrupcy had been discharged?
