Buy recommendations on bank stocks?

Should I trust the analyst that places a buy on a company that runs itself into insolvency and is reliant on a unfathomable taxpayer funded bailout for any hope of staying in business? Banks caused the problem they are in and produce nothing tangible.

    yes it looks bad but there are some good to all bad try ticker c its got a long way to go but if you hold it it could make you mad money
