Modifications don’t work. 80% of modifications still end up in foreclosure. That is why they are so willing to short sale now

Thank you Nomi Prins. Your presentation was excellent and understandable. We are seeing foreclosures in Mexico now. People would rather lose their vacation home than their primary residence in the US.

Yes I agree the foreclosure crisis is far from over. I think that the reason that the Feds are not talking much about it is because they are in bed with the banks.

  6. Gofightsystem says:
I agree that the foreclosure crisis is not over. There will probably see many cycles of this crisis before it finally comes to an end.

Charlie Sheen said it best in “Wall Street” about greed: “How many yachts can you waterski behind?” These greedy fuckstick banksters don’t give a shit about ANYTHING except their money. They DON’T give a fuck about you, they DON’T give a fuck about America, they DON’T give a fuck about the future, they DON’T give a fuck about the economy, they DON’T care about ANYTHING except their precious money. I hope they fucking GAG on it. I know these fucking SCUMBAGS will rot in hell. Corrupt fuckers.
  8. Muzzy337 says:
It amazes me that there aren’t any torch and pitchfork carrying mobs of ANGRY Americans SCREAMING for change and accountability here. The slimy fucking banks were FIRST in line to get bailed out, then they sit there with their fucking thumbs in their asses while the economy tanks further instead of helping people LIKE THEY SHOULD BE. It shows just how CORRUPT these cocksuckers are. The politicians are spineless- WHY THE FUCK AREN’T YOUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES REPRESENTING YOU? BANKS SUCK ASS!

@trapptowers You can’t win as a homeowner. Banks have convinced the FTC to shut down all loan mod companies and make it so difficult for attorneys to work within the guidelines of the (MARS) ruling that any homeowner will get screwed. You can only get help from NACA or ACORN. Think about that. The whole loan modification process is a joke. I know – I own a loan mod company. The banks and Obama don’t want attorneys or loan mod companies telling people their rights.

it seems like this should be simple – if someone can’t pay, then let them pay less
the banks will get more money in the long run on interest, right? and people don’t have to lose their homes, right?…the banks don’t think so, they want you to loose your home, they know it won’t sell and will sit empty and rot, thats how banks work, your home is worth more to them foreclosed sitting empty for years than it ever could be with you living there making any kind of payment

@DavesAV6 Do you realize that those corporations you listed are some of the most regulated in the world??? If we FORCE them to give up their property then where does it stop? Can the government FORCE the middle class to give up their pensions and 401k’s “in order to help the economy”? Better think about the consequences b4 you go asking for something.

@DavesAV6 Thats because when Ronnie was in offic e . He gave cooperations rights, like a person. That opened the door for lobbiests and all other kind of criminals. Capitalism was working till then. True we had thieves in government. But it was a lot harder for them to pull big scams like this. Thank Ron Reagan and his whore from hollywood for that. Should have just said NO ! alright. No to politicians drunk with power. Evil bastards.

Solution: STATE-OWNED BANKS! Why is our country borrowing money at interest when US Constitution gives us the right to print our own currency!
We need to cut out the private bankers who are raping our country of all its wealth!!
