How can I refinance my student loan?

I know my stafford loans are fixed at 6.8% since it disbursed after July 1, 2006. But with the current prime rate at 3.25%, where can I consolidate my stafford loan to a lower interested rate? next month my grace period is up.

How should move forward in finding out some details about consolidating? thanks
