That’s a very broad question. I will try to sum it up as quick as I can. It’s really simple and complicated at the same time. How do you know if you have a case? There’s seven major defenses we go after in a foreclosure case. How do you know if you have a case? Well, just because you have a case doesn’t mean a judge will listen to it. Some arguments work better in some states and jurisdictions than others. Some states have roundly rejected arguments that other states are listening to. How do you know if you have a case? We want to thoroughly analyze every part of your foreclosure. Even things that you yourself think might be meaningless can become very important if you have a case. Who’s sending you these notices? Read every notice you get carefully. Look for any little line, and if you think you understand the meaning of a word, don’t assume, get out a legal dictionary and look it up, because it may not mean what you think. I’ve often found that banks speak in a code word vocabulary where they’ll say one thing, and you read it, and you go, “Wait a minute, they’re saying something I thought completely different.” How do you know if you have a case?
