    This video and all its supporters are the (cus words) look in the mirror when it comes to your forclosure and the recession. Yes credit was easy to get back in the day. I got a loan mod. I am unemployed a 15 year vet as a mortgage processor. I also bought my home on credit promised to repay and am grateful for my mod. Sick of america thinking we deserve a free ride. Get off ur ass mod ur home loan if you have to and get back to work. No free rides in life guys. Let’s pull it together

    @tnknosrealtor Are/were you a realtor? I myself COULD’VE have been a VERY SUCCESSFUL realtor, but knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep @ night (if I were to make any decent money), so chose a different career. Either way (whether you are/were or not), I TOTALLY ABSOLVE YOU! ;)

    Banks dont own your home, you do.

    They separated the note/deed/mortgage and assigned it fraudulently.

    They created Money/asset with your signature and loaned 10xs that value to others!

    Everyone can File a LIS PENDENS or Quiet Title with an attorney that ‘gets it.’

    Do this before or during foreclosure.

    There is a cloud on title and it needs to be fought and contested, same with subject matter jurisdiciion.

    The banks only stopped foreclosing in judicial states. In all the non judicial states they are going full speed ahead are having a field day filing their fraudulent paperwork. Check my private audio web site for more info.

FBI sent out a warning Sept 2004 of catastrophic mortgage fraud.

    @HollyTNUSA – you do not know what your talking about, when you signed the note, the bank indorsed it on the back-without recousre, took it to the Fed window and got paid, then they put it in escrow, gave a bank check, (not money) to the seller, they sold the note which became a security, which was pooled and traded on the markert, you do not owe a mortgage, the payments go to the investors, the banks owe the money back

    Do a search of your bank online and see if they go through MERS. But I don’t believe credit unions are part of it.

    I agree about the banks and tarp but we will not be paying this back at least most of it will be on our children and grandchildren. As I stated, this was and is a “planned crisis”
    Our economy will collapse if people do not pay what they owe.
    The use of the MERS scam needs to be corrected. I think any loan done that way needs to be redone at the current interest rate and reset. My home was filed as MERS but I know I still owe the money. I just need a clear title of who owns it

And then they advert “refinance specialists”, who ad fees & then repossess Again – HOLDING YOU UP FOR ROBBERY “II”! Meanwhile, urging you to buy STOCKS (look, it’s going UP – just like your house USED TO!); when the only one left buying STOCKS is THE FED! It has become just another FAKE BILLBOARD on the HIGHWAY! Don’t sign/Demand the Note/ Look up frozen Bank trails. Closure-Mill fake seals, signitures, etc.

The banks have already been paid for all the houses out of our pockets already. It is okay for people to be thrown out on the street as they have lost their jobs, and for the banks to make more money on their house?
