Mortgage Refinancing Secrets to Being Your Own Banker

www.moneysmartguy.com The single biggest payment most homeowners make, next to taxes, is their mortgage. Refinancing at such low interest rates is not only an opportunity to lower your payment or consolidate debt, but an opportunity to use a financial strategy that banks use everyday – arbitrage. As a homeowner and real estate investor, being your own banker is a concept I needed time to truly understand. What accelerated my learning curve was surrounding myself with great people such as Ron Quintero and Dave Savage who have been in the mortgage and real estate game for plenty of years with a track record of success. I took some time out with them during my last visit to southern CA and talked about making money in today’s economy over coffee in Ron’s courtyard. I hope you can grab a couple nuggets from these gentlemen.
