Making Homes Affordable Refinance Program?

I need some clarification on this program. I am not in any hardship, but I do have a Fannie Mae loan. Currently, I am in a 5-year ARM and it is up in May of 2010. My rate is 5.375% and it would go down to approximately 5.1%. Today I finally got somewhere with my lender CitiMortgage. Occupy Homes Takes Fight to MN Capitol and Nationwide

What’s next for the burgeoning Occupy Homes movement? Should local activists continue to add one by one to the tally of foreclosed homes they are defending, as they continue to occupy Monique White’s house in North Minneapolis and ex-Marine Bobby Hull’s home in South Minneapolis? Or should they push to broaden the movement? Gathering 100 homeowners from around Minnesota together would be more effective than … Read entire article »
