We are buying a foreclosure home and Attorney couldn’t get one document?

This was a trust form, that showed the signatures that signed of the foreclosure had a right to do so.The attorney refuses sign off on the property(legal reputation). He has said That most likely no problem and title company will give free and clear title. Anybody run into this before or have any good advice?

    Get someone to help you rephrase this question in better English because it makes no sense….like WHAT attorney are you referring to…..yours? bank?

    Could you rephrase your question? If an attorney can not get a simple form such as what I think you are stating then who is this attorney you are talking about.
