Why does the Obama Party seem to brag about paying less Taxes & going deeper in debt, do they like insolvency?

At the rate Obama is spending we will soon be paying a Trillion Dollars a year in interest on the Money we have borrowed.

Maybe Obama should take Economy 101 as a remedial studies course

    I am not sure what the Obama party is, but I think lower taxes are a good thing. As far as the spending, he has a long way to go to catch up to his predecessor.

    I didn’t realize finance was the core focus of Econ 101. Love the way you call everything econ 101. Even though most of the ‘laws’ you cite are not even covered in econ 101, unless its home econ 101 heh. ‘common sense’ ie subjective opinion

    Some reality for you:

    Bush’s share of the deficit: 50%+ (wars, tax cuts, medicare part D)
    Obama’s share of the deficit: less than 15% (stimulus)

    Taxes are at the lowest point in 60 years.
    Fact.

    If you want to complain about the stimulus, be my guest.
    But realize that without it we’d be at more than 11% unemployment.

    In short, take your own advice.
