Will my income be sufficient to refinance student loans with a different company?

Basic details:
Just got hired for a 2nd full time job.

As of next week, my gross monthly income will be 3344

Total student loan debt: about 105k
Debt to Income ratio: 35-37%

All loan payments made up to now have been on time. Going to look into refinancing the loan next year some time. How does the outlook appear? Good enough?

Also, would the new company require me to make a down payment?

Hopefully that $105,000 education will pay dividends in the future and will get you an income which will make paying back your loan easy. What did you get your degree in?
